A focus session did not finish
My Molu uses elapsed clock time, so locking your phone or taking a call will not cancel a session. Reopen the app after the end time. If you intentionally end after the first minute, Molu keeps a small Time Residue that can later be recycled.
Sound or haptics feel wrong
Open More → Sound & Experience to adjust room ambience, action sounds, haptics, motion effects, and device awareness independently. Silent mode, audio routes, and system haptic settings may also affect playback.
Molu does not react when the phone moves
Check that Device awareness is enabled inside My Molu and Motion access is allowed in iOS Settings. Reduce Motion intentionally disables shake reactions.
The app cannot open an existing save
Use Try again first. My Molu keeps a primary save and recovery copies. If none can be read, the recovery screen can archive the unreadable files before starting fresh; it does not silently overwrite them.
